Corn Bread


1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cube margarine, softened

Mix together to form a stiff batter. Divide equally among 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400F until tops are golden brown.
