Brown and crumble 1 lb regular ground beef in a large skillet. When cooked, add 1 packet of chili seasoning and stir. Add a 20 oz can of red beans in chili sauce and 2 10 oz cans of red, black or pinto beans (or any combination). Stir until well mixed. Add 1/3 cup ketchup, a 10 oz can of diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix well and taste. If it's too acidic, add brown sugar 1 tsp at a time until a pleasing balance is reached. Add salt if needed.
Spoon into bowls and top with a small dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese and some chopped green onions. Serve with corn bread.
