White Chocolate Glaze for Bundt Cake

2 Tbl soft tub margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
3 Tbl skim milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a small saucepan, melt margarine and chocolate over medium-low heat. Whisk in remaining ingredients and cook for two minutes, stirring until completely smooth. Drizzle over of cake.

Try over chocolate cake and sprinkle with finely crumbled candy cane.
