Strawberry Spinach Salad

10 oz pkg fresh baby spinach leaves
2/3 c craisins
2/3 c sliced almonds
1/2 lb strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled and cut into bite sized pieces

Dressing:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
Ken's Fat Free Raspberry Pecan salad dressing, to taste
(can also simply add vinegar and sugar or honey to the mayo to get a pourable consistency and pleasing tangy sweet flavor)

Toss the spinach, craisins, and almonds with the dressing in a large bowl. Topp with the strawberries, feta and chicken to serve.

If you have extra dressing, try drizzling on a turkey wrap. Layer deli sliced turkey, dark leaf lettuce and finely chopped apple in a flour tortilla. Drizzle with dressing and roll up.
