Golden Popcorn

1 lb butter (not margarine)
2 2/3 cups white sugar
1 cup light karo syrup
Popped pop corn

Bring first three ingredients to a boil. Lower heat and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes. Pour over pop corn and stir to cover evenly. Lay out to harden on wax paper. Store airtight.
