Mix together in medium bowl then form into 8 equally-portioned thin patties:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 cup of your favorite salsa
1 large egg
Layer onto 4 of the patties (per patty):
1 thick slice of mozzerella cheese
1 slice crisp cooked bacon
1 roasted green chile
Top with remaining 4 patties and press to seal edges. Grill over medium flame on BBQ grill until juices run clear.
