Cambodian Chicken Skewers

In a gallon-size ziplock bag, mix well:
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup warm water
4 Tbl finely minced garlic
1/2 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp brown sugar

Add 3 lbs boneless chicken breast tenders and let marinate several hours or overnight. Slip onto metal skewers, 3-4 tenders per skewer. Grill over medium flame on BBQ grill about 12 minutes, turning several times to cook evenly.
